Road East. Conceptual renderings of the building’s exterior detail a modern, glass-dominated structure that gradually rises to a peak of 15 storeys. Its understated and streamlined design adds a dash of tasteful modernity to the neighbourhood’s historic character, combining traditional brick with natural wood and long sheets of glass to create a warm and inviting façade you’ll be proud to call home.

Including the six townhouse units planned for street level, TANU Condos will feature a total of 204 breathtaking suites. Floorplan details have not yet been specified, but real estate insiders expect most of the condominiums to be one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with a smaller number of three-bedroom units available. Pricing has not been finalized, but current reports indicate that condominium units are expected to start in the $300,000s.

All suites will come standard with elegant details and energy-saving convenience features including laminate flooring, natural stone kitchen countertops, a stacked washer-dryer combo, and high-efficiency stainless steel kitchen appliances. No timeline for the community’s completion has been formally established, but projections suggest TANU Condos will be occupant-ready by 2022.
